But like you, I’ve had moments where I am.
I’ve done some studying on these subjects and here is what I’ve learned from experts in this field.
- There are no Enlightened People only People who have moments of Enlightenment.
- There are no Peak Performing Athletes only Athletes who have moments of Peak Performance
- There are no Happy People only People who have moments of happiness.
and so on…
You get the point.
It feels more attainable, more gentle to know that I just need to strive for a greater frequency, duration and intensity of these higher states of being. With less pressure to be all or none, there is less anxiety and that leads experiencing more time in those optimal states.
Further study has revealed some principals or templates that people use to spend more time in these states which I’ll share with you next week. For now, make a mental note of when you experience these moments and let’s see if they fit into a strategy that you can replicate more often.
